Farsi Frequency is a music station, not a data business. We run no advertising, no analytics, no accounts and no tracking of our own. This page explains the little that does happen when you listen — in plain language — and the rights you have over it.
The short version
We don't ask who you are, and we don't try to find out. There are no ads on this site, no analytics scripts, no sign-ups, no forms, and nothing sold or shared for marketing. The only data involved in listening is what your own browser stores to remember the rotation, and what Google processes when you choose to press play on the YouTube-powered player or when your browser loads our fonts.
On this device
Farsi Frequency has no server database of visitors. The site keeps two small functional values in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, contain nothing personal, and you can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data.

No advertising or analytics cookies. We set no cookies of our own, use no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting and no analytics services.
The parts we don't run
Like nearly every music site, some features are delivered by other companies. When you use them, those companies process data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies:
Wherever you listen
European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). Where these laws apply, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Because we hold no visitor database, in practice these rights mainly concern email correspondence — write to us and we will act on your request. Our legal basis for the minimal processing described above is legitimate interest in operating the station (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your consent for playback, which you give by pressing play.
California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US state laws. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, we use no targeted advertising, and we collect no sensitive personal information. Because nothing is sold or shared, there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still contact us with any privacy request and we will honor it.
Children. This site is a general-audience music station. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
The fine print, kept short
Farsi Frequency sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Live radio streams from Zeno.FM and music videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player — both connect only when you press play. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Privacy Policy
